Cancellation/No Show Policy
Because we book appointments, we ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment to allow us to try our best at filling that appointment. No show appointments may be asked to put down a deposit in order to reschedule. 

Please arrive 5-10 min before your appointment so that you are relaxed and ready for your appointment. We try our best to stay on schedule and arriving early serves everyone

Groupon/Living Social Policy
As stated on your voucher, should you not show up for your appointment, your voucher is forfeited and will be redeemed. This is a rule set by Groupon and Living Social as well as J. Bellas Salon. 

Late Policy
If you are more than 10 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule. If you are running behind and know you will be any amount of time late please call and let us know so we can try our best at figuring out how to fit you in.
